Dj descriptions:
Maria Jonas is a very well-known and popular DJ. He is authentic, intense, passionate, pure, unique! Jonas Maria cannot be described in one sentence. His milongas have a special fun factor. He is engaged at tango events throughout Europe.
Karin Betz is also famous DJ throughout Europe, Argentina, Korea and China. Her tandas tell stories. She never follows a playlist, seeks dialogue with the dancers and creates an emotional cheerful atmosphere.

Friday, 04/12/2024 Workshop 1 “Flexibility of the Embrace”
7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
In this course, the two will work with you on different sequences that require a flexible hug. This will help you in the realisation of more complex movements. You learn the connection in the embrace at the same time with flexibility and freedom of movement.
Saturday, 04/13/2024 Workshop 2 “Sacadas”
1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
Gustavo and Florencia show you the Sacadas in the closed dance posture, so that you can also dance them in every salon. You will learn elegant sacadas for combinations in different directions. You will love it!

The twists in tango are the element in which the movements of man and woman. Most strongly lead to a common sense of dance. Gustavo and Florencia show you the technical basics.

Dancing elegantly and beautifully. Elegant legs and feet – a precise running technique improved not only elegance but also the balance. Gustavo and Florencia teach technique each for leaders and followers in separate lessons. Here you can also register without a partner!
Sunday, 04/14/2024 Workshop 5 „Milonga” 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Gustavo and Florencia show you small rhythmic unusual, but very danceable figures for the milonga. On the basis of a sequence, you will learn different points of the Tango technique that you can apply in every moment of your danceWe would also like to increase your dance enjoyment on full milongas. This necessarily includes a “tools” for music interpretation in a confined space, an intimate connection in the embrace without tension, especially with different proportions, a good technique in balance and posture, orientation in movements.
Sunday, 04/14/2024 Workshop 6 „Boleos” 1:45 pm – 3:15 pm
Learn to lead or follow different types of Boleos. Gustavo and Flor give instructions for fast, slow, raised or ground-guided movements.
You will not always be able to implement everything from the workshops perfectly immediately. Our Master Gustavo, it is important that the students are not overloaded, but he pays special attention to the fact that you take the learned sequence with you and you practising different points of technique, the embrace and the tango dance mark you can. At the end of each workshop, we recommend a video of the sequence, Gustavo and Florencia are dancing to record.
Gustavo Russo
Started in 1988 as a professional dancer in the show “Tango-Tango” by J.C.Copes. 1992 he belonged to the original cast of the show “Tango Pasión”, where until 1999 he was the star of the Show. Since 2000 he has been travelling with the Shows “Tango Seduction” and “Tango Revolution”, whose director and choreographer he is – one of the most important theatres in the world. Currently, he is not only on tour with his shows, but also travels around the world to perform at festivals, to give master classes and with his partner Florencia Lucano to perform.
Florencia Lucano
Was a member of the municipal tango ballet and one of the main dancers in the show”Tangos más Tangos” of the Argendanza Ballet. Since 2019, she has been working again and again as a production assistant, teacher and guest dancer at the “International Tango Summit” in Los Angeles, USA, invited. Today she plays the leading role in the tango show together with Gustavo Russo “Notables” in which she not only dances, but also as a choreographer and production assistant is working.

In the event that the dancers cannot come, e.g. if the flight is cancelled, or in case of illness or injury, program changes are at any time possible. We are trying to get a replacement or a refund will be granted.
The cancellation of the tickets by the participants is possible at any time. If the cancellation is made up to 5 days before the start of the event, the price will be refunded. If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the start of the event, the price will be refunded. In this case, the organiser retains a 25% administrative fee. Picture and sound recordings will be made at the event.
At the event, image and sound recordings will be made. By attending the event, the participant/visitor gives his/her consent. If a participant/visitor to the event does not agree with this, she/he shows it to the organiser before the start of the event so that he/her right to your own image can be protected.
